For care teams and referral partners
Print a brochure
One sheet, folded once. Leave it with a social worker, a discharge planner, a caregiver support coordinator, or on a family noticeboard.
How to print it
- Press the button below, or use File then Print.
- Set paper to Letter and layout to Landscape.
- Choose Print on both sides, flipping on the short edge.
- Tick Background graphics if your printer dialog offers it. It is not required, the brochure is designed to read without it.
- Fold the sheet once down the middle. The front cover ends up on the outside.
No printer to hand? Choose "Save as PDF" as the destination and email the file to the agency, or take it to a copy shop.

How to work with us
Who we work with
Skilled nursing and assisted living. Home care and home health agencies. Hospice and palliative teams. Area agencies on aging and caregiver support programs. Faith communities and grief groups.
Three ways to start
- Point families to the website. The support circle, the videos and the resource library cost them nothing and need no referral from you.
- Ask for a therapist. Tell us the area and the situation and we look for trained hands near your client.
- Book a class for your team. Continuing education for therapists, and short comfort touch training for aides and volunteers.

Every form on the site reaches a person, and a person answers.
Peer support and general comfort care education. Not medical advice, and not a substitute for the care team. Print more copies any time from www.elevationend.com/brochure
Comfort at the end of life, and support for the people giving it

For the families you serve
Everything on this panel is free. No fee, no membership, nothing for a family to sign, and no referral needed from you.
The Caregiver Circle
An online support group for anyone caring for someone they love. Drop in as often as they need, camera optional.
- Days and times to be announced. Families can sign up at the website now and will be told first.
- Free, online, 60 minutes, camera optional
How-to videos
Short, plain lessons in comfort touch: a three-minute hand massage, gentle foot work, safe positioning in bed, and what helps on the nights someone cannot settle.
Resource library
Hospice basics, dementia support, respite, benefits and paperwork, sorted so a tired person can find the right one at 11pm.
"I did not need anyone to tell me what to do. I needed one hour a week with people who already understood."
For your residents, clients and staff
Massage at the bedside
We connect trained hospice and palliative massage therapists with the people who need them, at home, in assisted living, in a nursing home or in a hospice house. You describe the situation, we match by hand.
- Twenty to thirty minutes, no table, no oils on the floor
- Gentle pressure, working around lines, wounds and fragile skin
- Family can stay in the room, and can be taught to carry on
- Therapists carry their own license and insurance
